Azura, Faizah & Associates (AFA), Advocates & Solicitors / Syarie Counsel, was established on 1st January 2023. The firm was founded by Azura Binti Abdul Aziz and Nur Faizah Binti Zainidin, proud alumnae of Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), who were called to the Bar in 1999 and 2002 respectively.

Throughout the years, both partners have worked closely with clients ranging across public and private sectors, corporate bodies, banks, financial institutions, housing developers, and real estate agencies — across a wide range of real estate matters and financing documentation.

With the vast experience and exposure of both partners in handling property transactions for over 20 years, clients can be rest assured that every task and instruction is undertaken with due care and diligence. At AFA, we try our best to offer a practical, yet cost-effective solution to our clientele.

Professional Indemnity Insurance. The firm is protected under Pacific & Orient Insurance Co. up to RM300,000.00 (mandatory), and Allianz General Insurance Company up to RM4,700,000.00, valid until 31/12/2026.
